Personnel testing in India

Employee testing is a critical component of the hiring process for any organization, as it plays a pivotal role in ensuring the selection of skilled and capable professionals. Recently, our training and testing center manager, Algirdas Noreika, embarked on a trip to India 🇮🇳 to conduct employee testing for potential candidates on behalf of our partner, Aros Marine. The purpose of this trip was to meticulously assess and evaluate candidates in order to identify qualified and competent individuals.

During the testing process, both practical and theoretical assessments were employed to comprehensively evaluate the candidates. These assessments were carefully customized to align with the specific job roles within Aros Marine, ensuring that the candidates' abilities and experiences were well-suited to meet the company's requirements. The practical assessments aimed to gauge the candidates' hands-on skills and practical expertise, while the theoretical assessments delved into their knowledge and understanding of relevant concepts.

Through this dedicated employee testing process, we aimed to ensure that Aros Marine recruits professionals who not only possess the required skills but also align with the company's values and culture.
